Introduction of the itinerary

Itinerary day by day
01	Setting Off

02	**/Beijing/ Xining/ Huangzhong (Tar Monastery)	Hotel
	Arrive in Beijing and transfer planes to Xining. Airport Pick up in Xining and have dinner there.
03	Huangzhong (Tar Monastery)/ Guide/ Tongde	Hotel
	Visit Tar Monastery in Huangzhong; The Guide section of Yellow River. The ancient town in Guide; The Confucian Temple. Stay one night in Tongde.
04	Tongde/ Maqin/ Gande/ Dari	Hostel
	Visit the Jiala Temple along the Yellow River. The streamer in Gande and Dari. Enter in to the Amdo. ( The condition of accommodation in Dari is poor)
05	Dari/ Jiuzhi (Nyainbo yuze)	Hotel
	Visit the temples along the road such as Baiyu Monastery.
06	Jiuzhi (Nyainbo Yuze)	Hotel
	The Mt. Nyainbo Yuze: walk around the Xiannv Lake. Have picnic for lunch.
07	Jiuzhi (Nyainbo Yuze)/ Aba	Hotel
	Enter into Sichuan, and then head for Aba. There are a lot of Temples there : Ge’er deng Monastery ( Gelu sect), Gemo Monastery ( Gelu sect), Langyi Monastery ( Ben sect). Etc.
08	Aba/ Hongyuan/ Tangke	Hostel
	Visit Chali Temple; Maiwa Temple in Hongyuan; The streamer in Waqie. Tangke : the first sinus in Yellow River.
09	Tangke/ Zoige/ Langmusi	Hostel
	Visit the temples along the road and enjoy the scenery of the plain. Visit the Langmusi at the boundary of Sichuan and Gansu Provinces.
10	Langmusi/ Xiahe ( Labrang Monastery)	Hotel
	Head for Xiahe and visit Labrang Monastery.
11	Xiahe (Labrang Monastery)/ Lanzhou/ Beijing	Hotel
	Head for Lanzhou. Vist Liujiaxia Valley by ferryboat. Visit Bingling Temple Grotto.
12	Beijing	Hotel
	The Palace Museum; The Temple of Heaven; Hutong;
13	Beijing	Hotel
	Outpost to Juyong Pass; The Ming Tomb
